Problems with your registration key?

If you registered any of the wrotniak.net shareware, within a day or two you should receive an email message with the registration key attached.

If you haven't received your key within three days, then something definitely went wrong. Send me an email at , and I will investigate the matter. Before that, however, check the list at the bottom of this page.

The most common problems encountered (in less than 1% of all registrations) is that the registration message was unable to reach you. Sometimes you may have misspelled your email address during the registration; sometimes your email setup rejects any messages I send; obviously some filtering problems. (In such cases I send my messages from three different accounts and three different servers; sometimes even this may not help.)

October 10, 2003 User of New Zealand, at xtra.co.nz - your server does not recognize the email address you've entered. Sending me a direct email will solve the problem. (This case has been open for four years!)
